WAICC Newsletter originated from a very simple idea back in 1994; it was only a sort of list of notice on the activities or "Berita Kegiatan". Hanadi Agus and some colleagues improved the format in early 1999 with columns such as "Sebaiknya Anda Tahu", "Asal-Usulnya" and "Warung Kopi Si Pitung" which was well accepted.

In early 2006, the newsletter has been taken to another level. It has official name of SHINE, which stands for "Suara Hati dan Iman Nasrani yang Energik". Its shiny colorful cover reflects the enthusiasm of the team behind it whilst its content really reflects assorted energetic activities that WAICC has. Coupled with rich religious voices from numerous spiritual leaders, the current newsletter makes the readers cannot wait to peruse its content.

SHINE is published monthly and distributed starting at the last Sunday each month. The editorial team welcomes any kind of contribution to always enhance our newsletter.
